Made from premium, genuine BioThane® Beta Standard (19mm wide, 2.5mm thick), our training leads are built to withstand heavy daily use. The genuine raw BioThane® strapping boasts an incredible linear tensile strength, and all component styles are independently laboratory strength-tested to give you complete peace of mind on your walks.
Multi-Functional Design & Lengths
Our double-ended lead offers unmatched flexibility. By moving the secure clips between the three built-in D-rings, you can instantly adjust your working lead length to:
- 1.3m (Short length for close heel work and busy areas)
- 1.7m (Medium length for standard daily walks)
- 2.3m (Long length for tracking and extra freedom)
- 2.5m (Total end-to-end length when fully opened, clip to clip)
Premium Hardware
We use professional, heavy-duty chrome-plated or polished brass hardware. For handlers or dogs with severe metal allergies, we offer an upgrade to stainless steel Chicago screws (please note our standard stock screws are classed as 'may contain nickel').

- Hands-Free Restrictions: The hands-free waist and over-the-shoulder configurations are designed strictly for steady, hands-free walking with well-trained dogs. We explicitly do not recommend or design the waist-loop configuration for strong pullers, large reactive dogs, or sudden high-impact lunging
- Angle & Leverage Warning: Sudden, high-impact lunges at sharp angles create immense mechanical leverage that can compromise flexible materials. If your dog is a strong puller or prone to sudden reactivity, the lead must be held securely by hand using the designated handle loops.
- Health Notice: Please avoid using the waist or over-the-shoulder configuration if you are pregnant or have an existing back or neck condition.
- Maintenance & Supervision: None of our BioThane® items are chew-proof. Never leave your dog unattended with this accessory. We advise regular inspection of all screws and clips to ensure your gear remains in safe working condition.
