Refund policy
At Golden Unleased, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade products with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we have established a strict Returns and Refunds policy. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Customers have 14-days to submit a returns/refund request if the item is no long wanted, for this to be processed, items must be returned in their original unused condition. For faulty, damaged or defective items, customers have 30-days to submit a returns request.
All custom items (those that are not standard to our website) have a no-returns/refunds policy unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Refunds
Whereby a return/refund requested is submitted via email, we will need proof of purchase (via order number/receipt). If an item is faulty/damaged/defective, we may ask for photographic proof to process your return/refund request quicker.
Custom orders are not suitable for returns/refunds due to their custom or personalised nature.
3. Exceptions
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptions to our policies may be made in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30-days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist us in resolving the issue - email contact@goldenunleashed.co.uk

Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
4. Product Variations
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for returns or refunds. Each handmade product is unique and may differ slightly from the images shown on our website or in promotional materials.
5. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless faulty). Please ensure that all details for custom orders are correct before placing your order.
