We're on holiday currently, and would like to let you know that any orders placed within this window will be dispatched on the 7th November (custom orders may take longer depending on stock).

United Kingdom Shipping and Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days for all made to order items. As of 04/09/2023, we will be using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Following your order confirmation email, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link, we aim to ship within 1-3 days of this email.
In some instances delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, these delays are out of our control. Please allow 3 working days to pass before reaching out to us, if you have not received your parcel (all parcels are sent via a tracked system, please check this in the meantime).
Important Shipping and Customs Information
We aim to dispatch all made-to-order items within 2-5 working days. As of 01/04/2025, we will be using the Royal Mail International Tracked or Evri International service for our international orders. Once your order is ready to leave us, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, and we aim to ship within 1-2 days of this email. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
For European Deliveries:

Our delivery aim is 5-7 working days, though in some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

Please allow up to 13 working days from your dispatch email before contacting us regarding any issues.

For All Other International Deliveries:
Please note, as of 25th August 2025, we have halted shipping to the U.S. due to the added tariffs whilst we navigate this issue. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow up to 18 working days from your dispatch email before contacting us regarding any issues.

As with European deliveries, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs.
Customs and Duties:

Please be aware that any local customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These may be required to be paid directly to your local customs authority before you can receive your goods.

Any customs delays or additional charges are beyond our control, and we are not liable for these costs.
Shipping Carrier and Delays:

While we primarily use Royal Mail International Tracked service, please be aware that, on occasion, we may use an alternative shipping carrier to ensure the best delivery options available.

Additionally, postal strikes, bank holidays, and peak holiday seasons can impact delivery times. We will inform our subscribers via email if we are aware of any potential delays or strikes that may affect your order, and you can also stay updated by following our social media channels.

Lost, stolen or damaged goods
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels, once the parcel has left us it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. In the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive or arrives damages, please contact Royal Mail (or other delivery company) to make a claim. Please contact us at contact@goldenunleashed.co.uk for any details they may need to assist you with your claim. The outcome of this claim is not up to us, and we can in no way influence their decision.
